Premier Carworld Private Limited (authorized car dealer of Maruti Suzuki) is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Trainer for our 4-wheeler Arena car division. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our sales teams across various locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement training programs focused on enhancing the sales skills and product knowledge of our sales teams.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing sales staff.
- Collaborate with product managers and sales leaders to ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest product information and sales techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
- Provide coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to continuously enhance training content and methodologies.
- Travel to various dealership locations to deliver training sessions and provide on-site support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Previous experience in automotive sales training, preferably with Maruti Suzuki or other leading automobile companies.
- Proven track record of success in sales and training roles, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Willingness to travel extensively to conduct training sessions at different dealership locations.
- Certification in sales training or related fields would be advantageous.
