Operations & Client Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update reports and data using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation).
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues or requests promptly.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of client communications.
- Assist in data analysis and process improvement using Excel tools.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or similar fields).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - including advanced functions, formatting, pivot tables, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

**Preferred Skills (optional)**:

- Knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, or project management software.
- Experience in data visualization or report automation.
- Previous client-facing or support role experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,516.98 - ₹29,791.49 per month
