Eld Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist drivers with **logbook corrections, HOS (Hours of Service) compliance, and FMCSA regulations**.
- Handle queries related to **DVIR, IFTA reports, VIN mismatch, device connection issues, and log certifications**.
- Train drivers and clients on proper usage of ELDs and portal functions.
- Escalate technical issues to the development team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in **English and Hindi** (Punjabi is a plus).
- Prior experience in **Customer Support / ELD / Logistics industry** preferred, but freshers with good learning ability are welcome.
- Willingness to work in **night shifts / rotational shifts**.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of **ELD regulations (FMCSA, DOT, HOS)** is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple support tickets.
- Patience and professionalism in dealing with drivers and clients.

**Salary & Benefits**:
