Instructing new hires and conducting process-specific training
- Conducting refresher/ corrective training
- To implement the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner
- To achieve a desirable training output
- Developing training content
- Review existing training materials and make revisions, as necessary, as per instructional design
- Develop classroom agenda, timelines, and content flow as necessary to deliver practical training to participants
- Monitor progress of new hires during OJT days post classroom
- Monitor calls and provides feedback to the agents on the floor
- TNA & TNI for the on-floor agents
- Conducting timely assessments & refresher training as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
