**Job Title**: Voice & Accent Trainer

**Location**: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive Voice & Accent training programs for employees in an international process.
- Conduct TNI and TNA to identify skill gaps and develop customized training plans.
- Mentor and coach employees to improve communication skills, accent neutralization, and language proficiency.
- Develop and implement training modules focused on soft skills and behavioral improvement.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and actionable feedback to ensure continuous development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer in an international process.
- Strong understanding of TNI, TNA, and modern training methodologies.
- Proficiency in Voice & Accent coaching, soft skills training, and behavioral development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training sessions.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate training outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Flexibility to work in **24/7 rotational shifts** with **2 rotational week offs**.

**Education**:

- Graduate in any discipline.

**Work Schedule**:

- 5 days working with 24/7 rotational shifts and 2 rotational week offs.
