We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.

You will be required to educate customers about our products, resolve queries in a timely manner and put together various protocols for effectively providing customer service. You will be directly responsible for retaining the customers by providing them assistance and establishing good relations with them. Your exemplary character, passion, and understanding of what it takes to provide customers with the best experience possible will allow you to encourage positive interactions with our users and inspire your team.

**Responsibilities**

Customer Care Executives are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by doing “whatever it takes”.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Respond to customer through Live chat app.
- Work with customers to understand and address all claim outcomes, billing and coverage inquiries
- Empathize and provide guidance to potential and current customers
- Establish a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone or chat
- Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
- Educate customers on upcoming promotions or deals
- Interact with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
- Handle customers and clients with respect irrespective of the conflict situation
- Provide training to new joiners to ensure customers receive excellent and consistent service by handling issues in similar manners
- Put together customer service best practices as required.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and learn to operate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in the happiness, well being, and success of everyone on your team
- Care deeply, genuinely and passionately about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful.
- Time management skills to independently complete your customer follow-ups while answering inbound calls
- Passionate about helping people through both the good and tough times
- Ability to work in an open desk, team-oriented environment while remaining focused
- Patience and confidence when working with customers who need an extra helping hand
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively on the phone as well as in writing

**Salary**: From ₹21,000.00 per month
