We are a fast-growing **cloud kitchen** specializing in **authentic South Indian cuisine**, bringing homestyle flavors to customers. We are looking for a skilled **South Indian Chef** to join our team and help create high-quality, traditional dishes with consistency and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook authentic **South Indian dishes**, including idli, dosa, vada, sambar, chutneys, and curries.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety protocols in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ingredient preparation.
- Work efficiently in a **cloud kitchen setup**, handling multiple orders in a timely manner.
- Innovate and improve recipes while maintaining authenticity.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a **South Indian Chef** in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, or catering setup.
- Strong knowledge of **traditional South Indian recipes and cooking techniques**.
- Ability to work **independently** and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Good time management skills for handling online orders.
- Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
