**PRODUCTION ASSISTANT**
**Location**: Boisar, Maharashtra
**Department**: Production
**Reports To**: Production Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Production Assistant will support the production team by managing all production planning-related documentation, ensuring smooth coordination with various departments, and assisting in compliance with ISO audit/documentation requirements. The role requires proficiency in Excel, ERP/SAP, and strong communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain **production planning documents, reports, and schedules**.
- Handle **data entry, analysis, and reporting** using **Excel, ERP/SAP**.
- Ensure **accurate documentation and record-keeping** for production activities.
- Coordinate with **production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and other departments** to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in **ISO audit preparation and compliance** by maintaining required records and documentation.
- Monitor **inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods** and coordinate replenishments with the procurement team.
- Support in **process improvements and efficiency enhancements** through data-driven insights.
- Address production-related queries and communicate updates effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Education**: Graduate (preferably in Science, Engineering, or related field).
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in a chemical manufacturing environment handling production planning and documentation.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), ERP/SAP**.
- **Knowledge of ISO audit and documentation requirements**.
- **Good communication and coordination skills**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
