**GRADUATE TRAINEE- SCIENCE**

Location: Boisar, Tarapur MIDC

Reporting To: HOD

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data relevant to R&D / QC
- Maintain accurate records of processes, results, and reports.
- Assist in laboratory tests, experiments, and product evaluations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Provide administrative and technical support to senior team members on ongoing projects.

**Qualification/ Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in [Science Discipline - Chemistry, Physics, Biology, etc.].

**Skills**:

- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques, tools, software.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.

**Traits**:

- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Preferred
- Internship experience in a related field is an advantage.

CTC- Between 1.80 to 2.40 Lacs Per Annum

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
