**R&D EXECUTIVE**

**Location
- Boisar-Maharashtra**

**Reports to: R&D Head**

**Job Overview**:
**The R&D Executive assists the R&D Head in all aspects of product development, including research, testing, and the improvement of existing products having experience in the chemical industry, specifically in the areas of specialty chemicals, resins, pigments, and additives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure successful project execution.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development Support**:

- **Assist in planning and executing new product development projects.**:

- **Work with the R&D team to design and improve products based on market trends, consumer needs, and technological advancements.**:

- **Support the creation of prototypes, testing samples, and validation processes.**:

- **Research and Analysis**:

- **Conduct thorough research on market trends, materials, and competitor products.**:

- **Analyze product data, market feedback, and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.**:

- **Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations for the R&D Head.**:

- **Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- **Participate in product testing processes, ensuring that all products meet quality and performance standards.**:

- **Record and analyze test results, making recommendations for changes if necessary.**:

- **Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement product improvements.**:

- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- **Maintain detailed and accurate records of research findings, product specifications, and development progress.**:

- **Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, patents, and compliance-related paperwork.**:

- **Report progress to the R&D Head regularly.**:

- **Collaboration**:

- **Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, QC, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution.**:

- **Coordinate with suppliers and external research partners when required.**:

- **Innovation and Problem-Solving**:

- **Provide innovative ideas and suggestions during brainstorming sessions to improve products and processes.**:

- **Identify potential technical issues and provide recommendations for resolution.**:

- **Compliance and Safety**:

- **Ensure that all R&D activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.**:

- **Stay updated on new laws, regulations, and standards that could affect product development.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, materials science, etc.).**:

- **Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in research and development, preferably in product development in the chemical industry, specifically in the areas of specialty chemicals, resins, pigments, and additives.**
- **Skills**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.**:

- **Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).**:

- **Knowledge of relevant software tools and technology in product development.**:

- **Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.**

**CTC: Between 3 to 5 Lacs Per Annum**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
