About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- To define and identify appropriate test scenarios, deliver bug-free products, and automate tested solutions.
- To design, review and execute both manual and automated test cases
- To work within the testing team to develop performance test plans and cases using J meter.
- To identify, analyze, and document defects discovered during testing.
- To analyze test results and coordinating with development teams for bug fixes.
- To make improvements to the functionality, design, and usability of new product.

To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:

- 4 to 5 years or more experience in providing Server Architecture designing, Desktop & Server support for Server hardware and software experience with HCL Notes/ Domino Server 8.5 or latest versions.
- Support and troubleshoot mail and server issues, such as mail routing, mail agents and other mail server related issues.
- Support user's requests for creation of databases, maintaining replications, messaging (mail) requests and other similar Domino’s service requests.
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the Domino servers to ensure availability of the services to users.
- Monthly health check (Databases/ log size, Log content, dead mail, journal mailbox status, etc.)
- Assist in the evaluation of new products and technologies to enhance or improve the integrated companywide systems infrastructure.
- Assist in the provisions of statistics on Domino servers’ availability and other server related statistics.
- Coordinate with Project Teams in the analysis, presentation and management of IT operations date and statistics.
