Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Leads, trains, and mentors a team of industrial painters, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Quality Control:
Inspects completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.

Surface Preparation:
Coating Application:
Applies various coatings using sprayers, brushes, or rollers, ensuring proper coverage and finish.

Material Management:
Maintains an inventory of painting materials and equipment, ensuring necessary supplies are available.

Safety Compliance:
Enforces safety procedures and regulations related to the handling of paints, solvents, and equipment.

Project Coordination:
Collaborates with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of painting tasks.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
Operates and maintains various painting equipment, including sprayers, air compressors, and other tools.

Troubleshooting:
Documentation:
Maintains records of work performed, materials used, and any relevant safety data.

Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced Painting Skills:
Proficient in various painting techniques, including spraying, brushing, and rolling.

Knowledge of Coatings:
Surface Preparation Expertise:
Ability to prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
Skill in operating and maintaining painting equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Safety Awareness:
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to painting operations.

Leadership and Communication:
Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, and provide clear instructions.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve issues related to painting processes, equipment, or materials.

Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with painting, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various positions.

Attention to Detail:
Ability to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications.

**Experience**:
Typically requires several years of experience as an industrial painter, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Perform advanced-level spray painting, brush painting, and detailing work on models, structures, or other creative products.
- Select appropriate paints, primers, and coatings as per project requirements.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, and priming to ensure smooth and durable finishes.
- Mix and match colors to achieve precise shades or custom requirements.
- Guide and supervise junior painters, providing training and feedback.
- Ensure quality control at every stage of the painting process.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the painting area and tools.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to understand specific painting needs for each project.
- Keep records of materials used and assist in inventory management.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.

Required skills and Qualification:

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on painting experience in painting
- ⁠Proficient in spray painting, airbrush techniques, hand painting, masking, and finishing.
- Good sense of color theory and detailing.
- ⁠⁠Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
