Responsible for placements & industrial tie-ups for all the trained beneficiaries across India for all the trades/courses of Skill Development
- CSR projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for doing the placements of all trained beneficiaries across India
- You will be responsible to make industrial tie-ups and ensure 100% placements to all beneficiaries (beneficiaries trained in Electrician,Mason,Painter,Barbending trades)
- Responsible to do tie-ups with various industries/companies, find various vacancies and placing relevant students as per those vacancies
- You will be responsible to take care of all activities like scheduling & coordinating the interviews and all supporting activities throughout the placement process
- Responsible for all documentation process (like offer letters, joining letters,supporting documents etc) and maintaining & updating database for all placement activities

**Experience/Requirements**:

- Proven experience into placements & industrial tie-ups
- Experience & knowledge working in Skill Development CSR projects Handled placements of skill development trades (electrician,barbending,masoning,painter etc)
