Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented **Customer Care Executive** to manage client interactions and ensure smooth coordination for banquet bookings and events. You will be the first point of contact for clients—handling inquiries, explaining services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience before, during, and after events.
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banquet bookings, availability, and pricing
- Coordinate with walk-in clients, show venue spaces, and explain available packages
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback
- Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into bookings
- Assist clients with pre-event planning, special requirements, and guest coordination
- Address and resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a welcoming environment at the front desk/reception

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication
- Polite and customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak event days
- Sales or hospitality experience is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
