**About the Role**

Are you a great communicator with a knack for solving problems? We're looking for a **Customer Support Executive** who can be the friendly voice of our company. You'll handle incoming calls, explain our products and services clearly, and ensure customer queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls with confidence and clarity.
- Provide accurate information about our services and products.
- Serve as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams.
- Resolve product or service-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and a helpful attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- **Fluency in Bengali** is **mandatory**.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Phenomenal telephone etiquette is **essential**.
