An Office Assistant or a Receptionist is responsible for carrying out basic administrative, clerical, and support tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations, including cleaning, running errands, and helping with routine office duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including dusting tables, chairs, doors, and electronic equipment.
- Deliver documents, messages, and packages within the office or external locations.
- Assist with minor clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing it.
- Refill water bottles, serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Set up meeting rooms and ensure required supplies are available.
- Support staff with basic administrative duties as needed.
- Monitor and restock office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Follow workplace safety and security protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; occasionally 8th/10th pass accepted.
- Some experience preferred but not always required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and physically fit to perform manual tasks.
- Basic communication and organizational skills are valued.

**Skills**:

- Basic cleaning techniques and ability to maintain tidiness.
- Time management ability for multitasking and prioritizing duties.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic clerical procedures.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills for assisting staff and visitors.

This role is crucial to daily office functioning and is often an entry-level position, providing valuable experience and exposure to office operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
