**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain financial records for real estate projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to legal requirements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and reconcile transactions, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Provide support for audits and ensure all financial practices comply with standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax regulations affecting real estate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on real estate finance preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel; familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.83 per month
