All our teaching materials are designed by our In-house research team and produced at our own facility to ensure high-quality, engaging learning experiences.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using **Tally ERP** or other accounting software
- Record all financial transactions with accuracy
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and other MIS reports
- Bank reconciliation and inter-branch reconciliation

**GST Compliance**
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns**:GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9**:

- Perform GST input-output reconciliation (GSTR-2A/2B matching)

**TDS Compliance**
- Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable rates
- Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q)
- Generate Form 16, 16A and handle quarterly corrections
- Maintain proper challan and return tracking

**Debtors & Creditors Management**
- Maintain updated **Accounts Receivable & Payable** ledgers
- Regular follow-ups for receivables and payment scheduling for payables
- Ageing analysis and reporting
- Reconciliation of party ledgers and resolving mismatches

**Inventory & Stock Management**
- Monitor and update stock records regularly
- Perform monthly/quarterly stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with stores for inward/outward entries and discrepancies

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter
- Strong working knowledge of **Tally ERP**, **MS Excel**, and tax portals
- In-depth understanding of GST & TDS
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
