**Responsibilities**
- To conduct legal research utilizing various resources on the legal matters.
- Maintaining all records, files and folders and filing documents on demand.
- The company Customer receives appropriate information regarding the company EHS Policy, philosophy, performance and standards
- Advise on legal disputes and handle litigation /arbitration matters.
- Advise on various internal policies of the company.
- Draft legal opinions and risk assessment reports as when required
- Review Contractual agreements and appointment letters.

- LLB
- LLM
