**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Drafting and Review**: Draft, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and other corporate contracts.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and Indian laws and regulations, including corporate governance and industry-specific requirements.
- **Legal Advisory**: Provide strategic legal advice to the company on a wide range of corporate issues, including risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
- **Contract Management**: Oversee the management and execution of contracts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and addressing any legal issues that arise.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including finance and operations, to support business objectives and ensure legal alignment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and transactions. Prepare legal reports and summaries as needed.
- **Regulatory Updates**: Stay informed about changes in U.S. and Indian laws and regulations and advise the company on their impact.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution. Admission to the bar in [relevant jurisdiction].
- **Experience**: Minimum of [X] years of experience in corporate legal consulting or a related field, with a strong focus on U.S. and Indian laws.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, and other contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Indian legal systems, including corporate and commercial laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- **Additional Advantage**: Certification or background as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
