**Position Summary**:
As a Store Associate at Material Depot, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the efficient management of the store. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain the store's upkeep, sales, client experience, and uphold high standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design and architecture products to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers, establishing long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Good knowledge of inventory stocking and merchandising.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
