As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and driving sales growth. **Responsibilities**: - Continuously enhance the customer experience on the store floor - Ensure a "Meet and greet" approach, ensuring no customer is left unattended - Maintain a visually appealing store display - Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials for their projects, considering their needs, preferences, and budget - Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design and architecture products to effectively assist customers in making informed decisions - Build and maintain rapport with customers, establishing long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues and provide solutions - Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store **Requirements**: - High school diploma or equivalent education - Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail environment - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers - Experience in retail sales or customer service roles is an advantage - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required - Good knowledge of inventory stocking and merchandising **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus **Experience**: - Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) - Sales: 1 year (preferred) - Customer relationships: 1 year (preferred) - Customer satisfaction: 1 year (preferred) - Office management: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
