Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days with a rotational shift

**Role Description**

The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial role in the store's daily operations, supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The position requires direct engagement with customers, overseeing Field Sales Executives, and managing in-store activities to drive sales and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and sales execution.
- Supervise and guide a team of 10-15 Field Sales Executives, ensuring they meet their daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable vehicles.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, financers, and internal team for timely deal closures.
- Maintain inventory records, update stock details, and manage vehicle availability.
- Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all transactions.
- Handle on ground issues and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage field executives and coordinate store operations.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on sales and relationship building.
- Basic knowledge of finance and insurance processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
