**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform's audience and trends.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure messaging and branding consistency.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and audience.
- Implement lead-generation strategies to drive traffic and capture leads through social media channels.
- Conduct keyword research and implement social media SEO strategies to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a Graduate(in any discipline).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms, features, and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media SEO principles and tools, with specific knowledge of YouTube SEO being a significant advantage.
- Experience with lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
