**What are we looking for?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), manage & grow the social media pages of the company.
- Conceive & execute creative marketing campaigns resulting in tangible traction across channels/platforms
- Assist (define, design, develop & execute) the overall brand and social media strategy
- Manage influencers campaigns and create engaging content.
- Conduct offline events on the college campuses & marketing activities.
- Create original content (images, memes, GIFs, videos, etc.) by being responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle and keen eye for pop culture, viral trends.
- Assist and develop the short, mid-and long-term roadmap(s) aligned with periodic monthly social media plans.
- Curate, schedule and execute the social content calendar for all pages.
- Ability to interact with followers and foster a positive online community and utilize it to impact business.
- Strong aesthetic sense and meticulousness in content curation and delivery.
- Ability to conduct in-depth research on competitors, audience preferences, and industry trends.
- Online Reputation Management for all channels whilst keeping a pulse on social media trends, news & trend jacking

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Creative individual
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Technology & Tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong grasp of English
- Your pulse speeds up when you talk to like-minded enthusiasts
- You live and breathe all things social media
- You tick with social media and there is no trend or meme that goes unnoticed by you.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
