**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand's social media presence fresh and innovative.

Content Creation and Management:
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms.

Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

Community Management:
Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages on social media channels.

Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers.

Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics data.

Social Media Advertising:
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and ensure ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.

Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive with a 3-4 year track record.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
