**Job Profile-.**

1. Experience to manage Machine Shop, Development, CNC, VMC, Programing Setting,

2. Knowledge about Machining process, CNC/VMC, conventional machines

3. Should be skilled in Production planning and scheduling.

4. Should have experience in Batch Production.

5. Responsible for Quality and delivery output.

6. Coordinate with Maintenance department to schedule PM to ensure zero downtime

7. Responsible for cost control, Manufacturing, Quality and manpower handling.

8. Knowledge about Jigs & Fixtures and tooling’s for effective machining process.

9. CNC programming and setting experience is essential

10. Understanding of lean manufacturing (TPM, 5S, ETC)

11. General computer skills and MS office

12. Proficiency in understanding 2D and 3D machining drawings
