**Remote**: This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.
**What you'll get to do...**
Administer and support the GoDaddy CRM system based on Salesforce Platform, including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
- Works with multiple teams to set up and support their onboarding onto the salesforce platform
- Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organisational unit into actionable measures
- Provides working leadership and training to less experienced personnel
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
**Your experience should include...**
- Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator / Platform app Certifications are preferred along with the ability to keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features
- Good knowledge of Salesforce administrative tasks, mass updates, process flows, reporting, user management, role management, release updates, lightning flows etc.
- Experience in handling and communicating with customers in global environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
**You might also have...**
- Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
- Salesforce Apex experience, any related QA experience
- Willingness to learn new things / concepts and innovation
