We are hiring Customer Service Executive - Integrated Logistics Customer Service

Location Mumbai

Salary -upto 4.50 lpa

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To Procure Pricing from the respective product desk and support sales team in procuring the best rates for enquiries.
- To handle sales co-ordination by quoting for all product enquiries,
- Taking feedback on quotes from customers, wherever required requoting customers to secure shipments.
- Once shipment is nominated to Teamglobal, then ensuring customer gets required service support through respective Product CS team.
- To handle All India inbound and outbound enquiries from and to any Airport / Seaport of India. Including ICD, Transportation & Custom Clearance requirements.
- Maintaining records or Quotation submitted, Feedback received & Shipment secured.
- To provide daily, weekly & monthly DSR’s in the prescribed format.
- To give feedback to the pricing desk and overseas agents on their submitted quotes, to improve future prospects of securing business and increasing profitability.
