To provide day to day operations, end user systems support, handling of issues on Finance Applications.

To support users daily and month-end batch processing along with month end tasks.

To maintain system security and configuration and Development, enhancement and support of core Finance Application(Workday).

**Responsibilities**

Configuration, set up and maintenance of Workday FDM Changes and rule changes.

Preparation of Month end and daily Workday reports and performing month end activities related to Security and Mass feeds.

Hierarchy maintenance and changes like addition/deletion/update of Organization level Hierarchies. Processing Allocations - Step creations, Deletions, Inactivations, Group changes etc

Security - Workday Security along with other Finance Systems Security Access and perform audit related activities.

Monitoring integrations - Handling of Journal related issues, helping users in clearing Journal entries.

Requests - Monitor, process and assist users with assigned tickets based upon the criticality and priority in SharePoint and Jira.

Performs other duties as assigned (no definitive % of time)

**Required Qualifications**

1-3 years of relevant experience in workday

Bachelors degree or equivalent
