Responsibilities:
Assembly Line Fitter Duties:
.Perform assembly operations according to established procedures and quality standards.

.Fit and assemble components accurately using hand and power tools.

.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

.Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues and propose solutions.

.Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

.Conduct quality checks on assembled units to ensure they meet specifications.

.Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets.

.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.

.Assembly Department Incharge Duties:
.Oversee and manage the daily operations of the assembly department.

.Plan and assign tasks to assembly line workers to meet production schedules.

.Monitor and track production output and identify areas for improvement.

.Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

.Train and supervise assembly line staff, providing guidance and support.

.Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high product standards.

.Troubleshoot complex assembly problems and implement corrective actions.

.Maintain accurate production records and reports.

.Communicate effectively with other departments, such as production planning, quality control, and materials management.

.Contribute to the development and implementation of assembly process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.

.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nepz Post Office, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Assembly: 1 year (preferred)
