Ability to manage EV Battery pack line, Drive train Assembly line reducing the Breakdown frequency and hours to ensure smooth functioning by eliminating the hindrance to production.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage Battery Pack Line & Assembly line ensuring zero breakdowns.

Ensure availability of Spares & consumables to avoid production loss.

Promote innovation and implement the kaizen.

Shop floor management through skill up-gradation to improve overall effectiveness.

Ability to compile and review the department activities and should manage the role of department planner.

Follow safe practices across the plant to maintain all legal requirements, safe & healthy working condition.

**Skills Information**:
MS Office, SAP(PM Module)

Strongly follow-up with Suppliers & purchase team.

**Education**:
**Relevant Experience**:
5-8Years’ experience in EV Battery Pack equipment, SCARA Robots, Amada Welding Robots, Conveyors, UPS, PLC, Vision Systems, Adhesive dispensing equipment, Maintenance and Projects.

BE / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics
