**Job Summary of EV Expert**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop EV powertrain systems, including battery packs, BMS, motor controllers, and charging systems.
- Conduct integration of subsystems including electrical, mechanical, and software components.
- Perform testing, validation, and performance tuning of EV components.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to EV systems in R&D and field conditions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, BOMs, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, software, and testing).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvements in design, performance, and efficiency of EV systems.
- Take complete ownership of assigned EV projects from concept to deployment.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of EV architecture, battery technology, and electric drivetrain systems.
- Hands-on experience with BMS, PMSM/BLDC motors, motor controllers, and CAN communication.
- Familiarity with EV charging standards (AC/DC, CCS, CHAdeMO, etc.).
- Proficiency in power electronics, circuit design, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with tools like MATLAB/Simulink, Altium/Ki Cad, and CAN analyzers.
- Understanding of embedded systems and firmware basics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- **Educational Background**: Polytechnic or Diploma in Automobile, Electrical and Mechanical
- **Skills**: Good knowledge of electric bikes and general automobile systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
