**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a hands-on and quality-driven **Assembly Supervisor** to lead and oversee daily operations of the product assembly unit. The role requires strong coordination, people management, and an eye for process efficiency to ensure timely and accurate assembly of products as per company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day assembly operations across multiple product lines.
- Ensure adherence to daily **production and packaging targets**.
- Monitor **line efficiency**, minimize downtime, and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure all assembled products meet defined **quality and safety standards**.
- Coordinate with **store, QC, and dispatch teams** for smooth material flow.
- Train and guide **assembly line workers** for SOP compliance and productivity.
- Maintain **5S standards** and ensure cleanliness and discipline on the floor.
- Report **daily output, manpower utilization, and bottlenecks** to management.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Daily Production Target Achievement ≥ 95%
- Quality Rejection Rate ≤ 1%
- Assembly Line Downtime ≤ 5%
- On-Time Material Availability ≥ 98%
- 5S Audit Score ≥ 90%
- Team Productivity Improvement YoY ≥ 5%

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-6 years of experience in **assembly or production supervision** in a manufacturing/consumer goods environment.
- Strong leadership and floor management skills.
- Knowledge of **assembly line processes, quality control, and lean practices**.
- Ability to handle manpower, shift planning, and coordination under pressure.
- Working knowledge of **MS Excel, ERP systems**, or production tracking tools.
- Should be flexible to work in **shifts** if required.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in **personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG industry**.
- Exposure to **5S, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing principles** is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
