Main Responsibilities:
**Supervise daily operations of the electronic manufacturing department.**

Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

**Oversee assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic products.**

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

**Maintain and enforce safety and quality standards.**

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of components.

**Work closely with the design and R&D teams for new product introduction.**

Train and mentor production staff to improve skill levels and efficiency.

**Maintain and update production records in the ERP system.**

Troubleshoot and resolve production-related technical issues.

**Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.**

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 8-10 years in electronic manufacturing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, soldering techniques, and electronic component handling.
- Experience in process optimization and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning.
- Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits and manufacturing defects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO, IPC, and ESD controls.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Electronic Manufacturing Department: 8 years (preferred)

- PCB assembly,: 5 years (preferred)
