Our Company is looking for an Account cum Purchase Executive to develop various systems

along with seniormanagement from time to time, Along with a high level of confidentiality.

Job Description: Accountant cum Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase Executive (Accounts)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to take charge of the

company's purchase-related financial activities. As an Accountant handling purchases,

you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and efficient recording of purchase

transactions, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to the overall financial

well-being of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Purchase Accounting: Accurately record and reconcile all purchase transactions,

including invoices, purchase orders, and receipts, in the accounting system.

2. Supplier Management: Collaborate with Supplier to resolve discrepancies, and ensure

timely payments.

3. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and streamline purchase-related

processes to optimize efficiency.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate

seamless purchase-related data integration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as an Accountant handling purchases or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial procedures, and purchase
- related processes.
- Proficiency in Tally software and MS Office.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in purchase accounting or a similar role.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
