**Job Title**: IT Sales Executive / IT Sales Manager
**Location**: Pune
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **corporate clients, decision-makers, and channel partners**.
- Understand client requirements and propose **customized IT solutions**.
- Prepare and deliver **sales presentations, proposals, and quotations**.
- Collaborate with the **technical and pre-sales teams** to ensure client needs are met.
- Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly **sales targets and KPIs**.
- Stay updated with the latest **industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies**.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in **CRM systems**.
- Attend **industry events, webinars, and client meetings** to strengthen market presence.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field**.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in **IT sales, software sales, or technology solutions selling**.
- Strong understanding of **IT products**, **cloud solutions**, **ERP**, **networking**, or **cybersecurity** (depending on company domain).
- Excellent **communication, presentation, and negotiation** skills.
- Ability to handle **corporate clients** and close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and **CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)**.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in **B2B / enterprise sales**.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
**Work Mode**:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday(9:30 - 6:30), Sunday Off.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
