**Job Title**:Jr. Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Management: Add new customers, retain existing ones, and build strong relationships.

Product Recommendations: Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable electronic products, equipment, and services.

Sales Negotiations: Negotiate terms of sales and services with customers/clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer profiles and sales transactions.

Technical Consultation: Provide technical details of electronic products and components to customers.

General Responsibilities: Handle any other sales-related tasks as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma, B.E./B.Tech (preferably in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Telecommunication).

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Sales/Electronics Sales (familiarity with electronic products and components such as batteries, electronic boards, etc. is essential).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Sales Skills: Strong convincing skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to handle technical sales discussions.

Knowledge of Electronics: Familiarity with the technical aspects of electronic products and components is a must.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
Fixed Salary + Sales Incentives: Performance-based incentives ranging from Rs. 10,000+ per month, with the potential to earn Rs. 1,20,000+ annually.

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Saturday-Sunday off), flexible working hours.

Additional Benefits: Health insurance, career growth opportunities.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
