Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the automation sector, including automation machines, equipment, warehouse automation, and factory automation. The Industrial Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial automation technologies and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Set sales goals and objectives for the sales team, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
- Oversee key account management and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive business growth.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and results using CRM software.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in industrial automation technologies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the engineering, project management, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its solutions.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and other industry stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
