**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Pitches**:

- Conduct presentations and demos of our digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Craft and deliver compelling pitches to secure new business and close deals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Negotiation & Closing**:

- Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts with clients.
- Close sales and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and signed.
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**:

- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activity.
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, progress, and results.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Campaign Execution**:

- Ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and graphics for campaigns.
- **Social Media & Brand Management**:

- Manage and grow the agency’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries, and increase followers.
- **Analytics & Performance Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign performance, traffic metrics, and lead conversion data.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign results, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
- **Market Research & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and competitor activities.
- Use insights from research to suggest new marketing strategies and improve existing ones.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure smooth handovers from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g., content, design, development) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** in sales and digital marketing (at least 2-3 years in a related role, preferably within a digital marketing agency).
- **Sales experience** with the ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals.
- Familiarity with **CRM software** (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
- **Excellent communication skills** (both written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
- Strong **negotiation skills** and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to **work independently** and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with **lead generation strategies** and **performance metrics** (conversion rates, ROI, etc.).
- Ability to **think creatively** and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Knowledge of **content management systems (CMS)** and basic **HTML** is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully managing digital marketing campaigns.
