**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and sales.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
