**Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a Chartered Accountant specializing in the construction and real estate sector. As a crucial member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic financial decision-making for our growing builder enterprise.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:

- Oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess financial risks associated with construction projects.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- **Audit Coordination**:

- Work closely with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address audit findings.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and controls.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
