Data Sourcing & Management
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online source like Just

Dial, Google search, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. and offline source like
1. Estate Agent Association for property dealers who deals into Residential, Commercial, Industrial and MIDC property. Identify and personally meet property dealer area wise.

2. Builder Association. Identify and personally meet sales team of builder and developer.

3. Website of CA Institute etc. Identify and personally meet
CA’s.

Maintaining the database on the internal template of FINEAZY

Relationship Building
- Starting relationship by calling and fixing appointment and meeting personally
- Need to do minimum 5 meeting a day.
- Provide company introduction and information about service we provide
- Send Offer / product update / other information regularly to them Individually or by Creating broadcast group.
- Timely follow up and regular meeting with prospects on regular basis.

Sales Meeting
- On interest shown by any prospects, connect them to your reporting manager and provide required information.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mulund West, Mumbai - 400080, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
