**Essential Roles and Responsibilities**:
As an Admission Affairs Executive your primary responsibility is to oversee the admissions process for our educational institution. Your role involves managing and coordinating various activities related to student admissions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure a cohesive admissions process. Liaise with academic departments, student services, and financial aid offices to address specific applicant concerns and provide comprehensive assistance.
- Enrolment Planning: Contribute to enrolment forecasting and planning efforts by analysing demographic data, market trends, and institutional goals. Provide recommendations for recruitment strategies, enrolment targets, and admission policies to meet institutional objectives.
**Desired Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 1 - 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Skill in the use of computerized systems and databases.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
