**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Inquiries & Guidance**
- Provide clear and accurate information on **program offerings**, **admission procedures**, **tuition fees**, **scholarships**, and **campus life**.
- Advise prospective students on the best programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Assist students in filling out **admission forms**, **documentation**, and in preparing for the **entrance exams** or **interviews**, where applicable.

**Application Management**
- Coordinate the collection of **transcripts**, **recommendation letters**, and other required documents.
- Provide assistance to students in preparing their **admission portfolios** (e.g., personal statements, resumes, etc.).

**Information Sessions & Events**
- Organize and conduct **admission information sessions**, webinars, and **open house events** for prospective students and parents, explaining the admission process and institution offerings.
- Represent the institution at **education fairs**, **college tours**, and other recruitment events.
- Coordinate campus visits for potential students and give personalized tours of facilities and programs.

**Admissions Database Management**
- Generate reports on admissions trends, statistics, and outcomes for the management team.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**
- Work closely with the **Academic Affairs**, **Marketing**, **Financial Aid**, and **Student Services** departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination for student admissions.
- Liaise with **faculty** and department heads to answer program-specific queries from prospective students.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the admissions process and increase conversion rates.

**Counselling & Support**
- Provide **one-on-one counselling** sessions for prospective students to help them make informed decisions about their academic journey.
- Assist students in identifying scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and other forms of support available through the institution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
