**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospective Student Engagement**:

- Conduct campus tours, virtual information sessions, open houses, and admission events to promote the institution.
- **Application Process Management**:

- Coordinate with the admissions team to make admissions decisions, taking into account academic achievements, extracurriculars, and fit with the institution's values.
- **Relationship Building and Outreach**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, high schools, counselors, and community organizations.
- Assist in creating and implementing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of prospective students, inquiries, and applicant data in the admissions database.
- Analyze data to support strategic planning and improve recruitment efforts.
- **Collaboration with Departments**:

- Work closely with departments such as Financial Aid, Student Affairs, and Academic Departments to provide prospective students with comprehensive information.
- Participate in regular training and departmental meetings to stay current with institutional policies and program offerings.
- **Student Support and Guidance**:

- Provide individual guidance to students and families, addressing questions related to programs, scholarships, and campus life.
- Assist students in understanding available resources, campus facilities, and support services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
