**Production Coordinator**

**JOB PURPOSE**:

- Responsible for training and managing all data captured for each of the production contracts (in SCOUT or SAP) related to India production activities. The incumbent will serve as interface for production area to address system issues related to production and grower contract activities in SAP/SCOUT or other systems.
- Assist in identifying, leading and driving innovation of new technologies to improve and / or streamline collection and reporting of production data. Tracks and reports production data and metrics.
- Ensure production processes are in line with Global procedures & requirements.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible to work with Field Reps/ Technicians and Area Lead to ensure timely grower settlement and coordinate / support to resolve any issue with grower / vendors.
- Monitors production plans from Global Production Planner release through harvest for assigned production area. Monitors area outline agreements (AOA’s), production contracting process for timely and complete information and communicates with Area Lead
- In season activities - works with Area Lead to ensure all production activities are monitored, and data reporting is timely for grower contract process.
- Grower payments - monitors timely preparation and finalization of grower contracts. Addresses any lingering issues with the Area Lead, Planning, Inventory Management or Quality Assurance in a transparent manner.
- Area Analysis - ensures issues and opportunities for improvement are identified from Area Analysis meetings and documented in the issues log. Understands and is proficient in the Production Dashboard.
- SAP /SCOUT/ Velocity Systems - area production support for managing production systems and processes related to production. Works with Area Lead and Global Systems Lead to address system issues and improvements.
- Serves as production area interface to represent central region in system changes and improvements.
- Ensures all processes and procedures are properly documented and posted as part of our QMS system.
- Follow Bayer and local site guidance to be compliant in our operations, including HSE, Human Rights, Business conduct, QMS, and SOX.
- Responsible for Field Phyto process.
- Co-ordinate with MEX teams to support ABO Project and timely supplies to NAM / EMEA as per planning schedules.
- Ensure all local & regional legal requirements in aspect of Grower production and facilitate all documentations.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- High School Diploma. B.S. preferred. 1-3 years administrative work required.
- Excellent human relation skills, effective communication skills required.
- Ability to influence all levels in the organization.
- Must be able to write ISO documentation, obtain approvals.
- PC proficiency with MS Office and ability to demonstrate computer skills in SAP, SCOUT and SPOTFIRE.
- Vendor/Grower/Customer Focus, Innovation & Experimentation, Collaboration and implementation of best practices.
- Process oriented and results oriented.
- Negotiation skills, plans and aligns.
- Fosters use of digital and analytic tools.
