Enter RFQ details in ERP, verify accuracy, and forward to Sourcing/ PM.
- Check EDQ and follow up for a quotation from Sourcing.
- Prepare and send quotations in the customer’s format based on their requirements.
- Enter received orders in ERP, match with Sourcing quotations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Need to get an estimated delivery date (EDA) from purchase team.
- Regularly track orders in AX and follow up on delayed status with purchase. Maintain order log for all the sales person.
- Update delivery schedules and ensure timely follow-up on EDA and lead time.
- Coordinate with Logistics for shipment requests and share tracking details with customers.
- Maintain Just-in-Time inventory and ensure prompt stock clearance.
- Update MIS reports post-shipment and track payment follow-ups.
- Update the online customer portal, prepare reports, and ensure accurate database maintenance.
- Send payment requests, provide reminders, and update Accounts upon payment receipt.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
