
Junior Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Stock Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels of school supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and ensure that all required items are replenished in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the purchase of necessary items.
- Ensure the proper storage and organization of stock to avoid waste or loss.
- **Housekeeping Coordination**:
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the school’s facilities.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met in classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.
- **Transport Management**:
- Coordinate the daily transport schedule for students, including managing school buses and drivers.
- Ensure all transportation arrangements are safe, efficient, and on time.
- Keep track of transportation-related documentation (vehicle logs, student transport details, etc.).
- **Maintenance Oversight**:
- Monitor the maintenance and repair needs of the school’s infrastructure, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff or external contractors to address any maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the school’s facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant safety standards.
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry as needed.
- Assist in managing school events or activities that require logístical support (e.g., coordinating facilities, supplies, etc.).
- Liaise with staff, students, and parents to address operational concerns and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a school or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, housekeeping, and maintenance processes.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
