**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Counselling the patients regarding their skin, hair or nail concerns.
- Providing individual assessments & developing initial treatment plans.
- Helping patients choose the best treatments by explaining the same.
- Managing clinical care including various treatment plans for the assigned patient case.
- Communicating and coordinating with doctors, therapists, and patients on regular basis.
- Documenting various types of reports and associated paperwork.
- Maximizing the customer satisfaction by sticking to the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and continuous improvement of the quality of services while improving the skill set of the staff.
- Helping the marketing team of the clinic with various content requirements
- Maximize the revenue growth by cross selling and up selling the procedures / treatments required to prospective patients, if needed.
- Supervising laser therapists / technicians and performing necessary procedures under the guidance of the in house doctors.
- Counselling for Hair Transplant Patient.

**Eligibility Criteri**a**
- Any bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- MBA/PGDM preferable.
- Prior counseling experience of 1-2 years in a Dermatology clinic or hospital is desirable.
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
